We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):

• Before download: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the report has not yet been downloaded.
• After download: Because digital content is supplied immediately upon your request, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun (Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive). By downloading the report, you acknowledge and agree to this.
• Defective reports: If your report contains material errors or is not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will either correct the report or issue a refund at our discretion.
