What we do
Problem Analysis & Ideation
Most projects arrive with the solution already chosen. We start by mapping root causes and stakeholder dynamics, then run structured sessions that produce concepts worth testing.
Prototyping, Validation & Design Sprints
Rough working prototypes, tested against technical, regulatory and user-acceptance criteria. When time is short, four to five intensive days take a challenge to a validated prototype.
Innovation Process & System Design
The governance, decision gates and procurement alignment an innovation has to survive, and the multi-organisation structures that hold a co-creation community together.
Innovation Coaching & Management
Coaching teams through live challenges so the capacity stays with them, and running the portfolio management, KPIs and reporting an innovation operation needs to stay honest.
